What to Expect

    • Morning Practice: 10 AM EST / 7 AM PST

    • Afternoon Practice: 5 PM EST / 2 PM PST

    • 5-Minute Warm-Up: Breathwork, yoga, stretching, or grounding exercises

    • 25-Minute Meditation: Practice of your choice in a calm group setting

    • 5-Minute Post-Meditation Transition: Relax, journal, or connect with your heart center

    • Optional 5-10 Minute Group Sharing: Share reflections, explore spiritual quotes, and engage with the group

About the Online Live Group Meditation Practice

This meditation space is designed to enhance and support your personal practice within the comfort of a welcoming group dynamic. Now in its fourth year, this program has consistently received wonderful feedback from participants.

How It Works

  1. First Bell: A 5-minute warm-up with pranayama, breathwork, or yoga.

  2. Second Bell: A 25-minute silent meditation practice. Everyone is muted, and you can choose whether to have your video on or off.

  3. Third Bell: A 5-minute transition to rest, journal, or focus on your heart center.

  4. Fourth Bell: Final bell and optional group sharing. Participants are welcome to share reflections, listen to spiritual quotes, or engage in thoughtful discussions.

If you need to leave before the final bell, please let Lynn know in the chat box so she’s aware of your transition out of the session.
