Series Overview

We have all been gifted with a core state of inner peace, which is our natural state of being. Fear, trauma, our frozen children , protective defences and shadow parts, can all disrupt or prevent us from living from this core state of being.

This series has been created to provide you with the courage and the safety to identify and shed light on the unconscious parts of ourselves. As we bring these parts into our conscious awareness, we call in the hearts’ attributes of compassion, kindness, forgiveness, acceptance, grace and unconditional love, to help us align with our core state of Inner Peace.

Story Telling:

We will be using stories to convey a message of what our inner thoughts patterns and beliefs are and helps us to identify our polarized conflicts. Each session, will begin with a story , followed by a teaching of the theme of that story.

 Experiential Activities:

We will offer an experience using modalities such as journaling / guided meditation / body scanning / heart centering, to bring our unconscious into our conscious awareness.

 Q & A:

There will always be a dedicated Q & A period at the end of each session so that you can connect with us and have your questions heard and responded to.

 Guided Meditations:

Different guided meditations will be offered to connect with and explore the experience of inner peace.

 Breakout groups (optional):

A small group discussion on the class theme for the last 30 minutes of each session. A time to connect and integrate what you experienced in practice.

Homework: 5 min personal check in, plus additional weekly activities

What makes this course different?”:

We use an experiential approach to discover and integrate the messages of the fairy tales.

We help you to build and strengthen your inner relationship with all your parts.

We provide the opportunity for you to share, connect and integrate your experience.

We offer tools and techniques to strengthen and develop your inner support system.

We offer a heart centered connection to those parts that have felt unloved, unheard, unsupported, neglected, abandoned, minimized and betrayed.

We will call all those parts home, just like Humpty Dumpty.
