What is meditation?

Meditation is an umbrella word just like exercise to describe many forms of practices and activities. Each type of meditation practice has a specific intent and training. That is why I will clarify what type of meditation I am sharing with you and why I have chosen this style.

What is Heart Based Meditation?

Heart Based Meditation is a form of ‘automatic self-transcending’. Translated, it means that it is a practice, which enables you to effortlessly ease into your right brain, the place where peace, and tranquility lives within you.

I fondly call it ‘the Mind Spa’ practice.
