Digestion: An Ayurvedic Approach

This workshop will show you an Ayurvedic approach to digestion. The Pitta constitution is all about the subtle energy of fire. It is the part of you that is in charge of digestion, the secretion of hot digestive enzymes, the digestion of ideas and emotions.
