    To clear the mind and improve focus

  • Relaxation techniques
    To improve energy levels, focus and mental alertness

  • Yoga practices
    To reduce stress for the mind and body

Stress is a uniquely personal phenomenon. This workshop employs 5000 years of successful stress management techniques designed to treat stress at its source quickly and effectively.

  • Tools to improve digestive problems and elimination issues including:
    • Abdominal bloating and gas
    • Lack of appetite
    • Overeating
    • Elimination difficulties such as constipation and diarrhea

At the end of this 90 minute session you will have acquired user friendly skills that boost energy levels, promote focus and mental clarity and optimizes overall satisfaction and performance in the workplace and at home.
